A bit dissapointed...
As a concept the idea is great, hence why I purchased the product especially because it was recommended by a friend, but overall i was a bit dissapointed...maybe my expectations were too high.
It is quite loud, much louder than i expected. I love the idea that i can do both vacuum and mop at the same time but if you use it wet on rug and then transfer to hardfloor it leaves fluff picked up from the rug and once wet it doesn't pick up as well.
Also because it's one unit and quite bulky it doesn't fit under my existing couch and doesn't quite do well on edges. Again as a concept it's great but could do with some improvements. I still recommend the product and i find emptying the dirty container quite satisfying because i see all the rubbish that's been picked up of the floor.
