great tool for the job

this product works great, I love how clean my floors are after using this tool. my only issue when placing my order the roller was left out of the box. however I contacted Bissell immediately and was sent the roller very quickly.

Vinyl planks…. Not sure

We have industrial vinyl planks with grooves. This roller only works when cleaning with the grain.

It skips and is noisy when going across grooves.
