Love this product. I was using a competitor product from a small business for 8 months and honestly feel ripped off I paid over $1000 and the Bissell product is a 10000 times better. Wish I’d found this first, the Bissell product cleans better, doesn’t smell, don’t need to charge, far easier to handle and so much more. Don’t be fooled by competitors, do your research and don’t let competitors tell you there is nothing like this on the market. Wish I’d done a little more before the competitor purchase.
