To be honest it wasn’t the filter, I think the water is coming from the actual tank, I have used Bissell products over the years and alway found them good as well as customer service

I bought the Bissell Vac & Steam for my wife almost 2 years ago and 4 weeks ago it stopped steaming.. After checking the filter I found it was absolutely clogged up with detergents as I found out my wife was adding to the water to make the house smell nice. She wanted to get rid of the stem vac because it no longer steamed but I suggested that we try getting a new filter. It now works like new again and my wife no longer adds detergents to the water tank.
