It’s now leaking water from the base of the shaft everywhere and can’t seem to find a trouble shooting guide to look at it.

Love the v shape to access corners and low profile to get under raised furniture New puppy dog and the timber floors and tiled floors - bathrooms and laundry, needed improved cleanliness that hand mopping did not do.
Would like to buy additional cleaning pads but couldn’t find on website

Have through several brands of steam mops. And the bissell is heads and shoulders above the rest. In terms of cleaning ability's and robust construction. This is the second product I have bought from Bissel the other being the croswave. 10/10
