The vacuum has been great. The hair from the dogs is gone the house looks visibly cleaner and the easy empty no touch is great. I also love that my hair is not getting tangled on the brushes. The other that really impressed me was after I sucked up a ring accidently, the next time I turned the vacuum on it popped out of a exit area at the top of the case. I did not have to go through the dust and hair when I emptied it.

I have 4 pets and this is the vacuum I have been looking for! Great design with the easy access hose and accessories. Very powerful and picks up even stubborn dog hair that gets stuck in upholstery. Great value for money.
We have been using our Bissell for a few months now following the failure of one of the big brand vacuum cleaners. Couldn't be happier with the quality of clean on vinyl planks, rugs and carpet, and ease of use for getting under furniture, cleaning window sills, getting fine cat hair off the lounge. It makes our day-to-day very livable.
