Hose and subsequent repairs needed to motor

The hose product was fine, but it did not fix the underlying problem.

After arranging to take the machine to the warehouse in Scoresby, after 3 days I had not had a response or quotation for repairs. After an email, and two phone calls over 3 days the quotation was eventually provided, the payment was made and the vacuum repaired all in the space of a couple of hours.

It was very disappointing this could not have been done in the time frame indicated originally of 3 days, in all it took twice that long. The good news is the machine is now operating like a new vacuum.
