Product fits cleanly and contains water spray. Being hard acrylic the potential for the 'lugs' to get damaged is high (as had happened to our last one ) this easily happens if it is not closed and just stored in the open position.

Part replacement

I ordered a new part for my Crosswave and had it here in no time. Can’t do without my Crosswave, it’s so easy and convenient. Also use the Bissell steam mop for light cleans on my timber floors. Bissell products are a must for every home.
