SpinWave R5 Robotic Mop & Vacuum

Don’t buy it sent it back twice then when I wanted a full refund they wanted me to send back the box,instructions,everything that came with it or they wouldn’t give a full refund….i had already thrown out the box so I couldn’t get a refund. Total waste of money I definitely don’t recommend this robot

Excellent value for money - very happy with the vacuum function, mop is good but doesn’t replace a regular handheld mop. Excellent for keeping floors very presentable between weekly/fortnightly mops with a messy and reckless toddler. Very happy.

I am loving my little robot! I have had a bit of trouble getting the mapping exactly right (still not perfect) but other than that, I've had no issues (and the mapping trouble is probably an issue with me not the robot!). My children have lovingly named it 'Cinderella' and, as I'm the sole operator and employee of a busy cleaning company, 'Cinderella' has been an invaluable addition to my home!! Thanks Bissell!

I have not had a good experience with robot , i cannot get the app to work, after doing all of the trouble shooting that is on your website, then i called , the technician just went thru what i already had tried, I mentioned about the GHz on my modem which i had laready changed online, he told me to contact Ineternet provider who just told me to do what i had already done, so i cannot get the app to connect on my home wifi,.
