SpinWave R5 Robotic Mop & Vacuum

Don’t buy it sent it back twice then when I wanted a full refund they wanted me to send back the box,instructions,everything that came with it or they wouldn’t give a full refund….i had already thrown out the box so I couldn’t get a refund. Total waste of money I definitely don’t recommend this robot

Excellent value for money - very happy with the vacuum function, mop is good but doesn’t replace a regular handheld mop. Excellent for keeping floors very presentable between weekly/fortnightly mops with a messy and reckless toddler. Very happy.

I am loving my little robot! I have had a bit of trouble getting the mapping exactly right (still not perfect) but other than that, I've had no issues (and the mapping trouble is probably an issue with me not the robot!). My children have lovingly named it 'Cinderella' and, as I'm the sole operator and employee of a busy cleaning company, 'Cinderella' has been an invaluable addition to my home!! Thanks Bissell!

I absolutely love Ronald, our very first robot vacuum. Both mop and vacuum work brilliantly. He does get stuck but it's super easy to move him. He picks up so much grime. I have a border collie who sheds a lot so having the robot vacuum is amazing. He does sometimes do the same spot repeatedly and miss others.

The app is a bit finicky and took ages to try to set up properly (it kept getting stuck in a loop). I haven't used all the functions (no go zones, invisible walls).

It worked great for the first 4 months but after about a month the mop tank started to condensate inside the mechanical parts, which was ok for about 3 months but now has seized and won’t spin the mop pads at all 😓😓(purchased for mothers day in may - stopped working end of august)
