IMPORTANT

Maintaining your filters is very important for the optimum functioning of your vacuum. To reduce the risk of overheating it is recommended to clean the filters every time the dirt bin is full and to replace them every 3-6 months. If you have pets more frequent cleaning and replacement may be needed.

Remember to take extra care when using your BISSELL on very thick carpet to minimise the risk of surface or carpet damage, and adjust the floorhead setting to an appropriate height for your carpet to prevent unnecessary strain on the brush roll and the belts. Refer to troubleshooting tips in the User Manual if the belt is broken, or if the brush doesn’t spin.

The motorised brush in the floorhead will continue to spin when the machine is parked upright. Ensure to set the floorhead to the Bare Floor setting when using the hose and tools to avoid floor damage. Do not leave the machine sitting in the one spot while switched on for an extended period of time.
