    Un happy customer

    The sweeper was easy to use, so light and thorough it was brilliant . The first one the lid and the metal piece came out twice in the two times I used it. I emailed customer service and they where very helpful and quick with their response. I was sent a replacement sweeper. I have probably used the second one for about 4 weeks and now the lid and metal piece have come out.

    Useless

    I bought one six months ago and immediately knew it was a cheaply made, inferior product but decided to give it six months.

    We had one of these when I was a kid growing up and it was a little manual powerhouse.

    This one is useless, it moves the crumbs around on hard flooring without picking it up.

    The bristles of the brush are so flimsy, they hardly touch the ground.

    Save your money, this is a cheap, useless replica of what was a great little sweeper.
