Hi. I love the green machine. It's great. It helps us out so much at home especially with dogs.
However, the plastic part on the head has broken on the hose assembly which helps with the vacuuming.
I've recently purchased a new home assembly and we've received the hose without the head piece.
I've attached a photo of exactly what we've received and a photo of what the purchase picture depicts what we should have received.

I'd be happy to change it to 5 once this situation has been rectified.
