The best stick vacuum ever
What can I say! Our Icon Pet Turbo is absolutely brilliant. Having been a Dyson customer for years, I quickly grew to hate the Dyson. Underpowered, no suction, shocking battery life, overhyped and in the end completely useless - designed supposedly for pet hair, but pet hair just jammed up in it. A piece of total junk that to landfill (minus the battery of course). Then I bought the Bissell...
Oh my god what a difference. Everything about it is superb. On its lowest power setting I can feel it sucking down to hardwood floors and those with carpet. In fact I can leave it on the lowest setting and vacuum our entire 4-bedroom house and the battery monitor has not moved a single LED!
The LED lights in the head are brilliant and really show up dust and dog hair (particularly from my daughter's retriever) making it so much easier to do a great clean. It slides better under low furniture and beds and the little foot lock is a great feature to stop it falling over when you need to pause your vacuuming.
The scented filter sounds like a bit of a gimmick, but put that little sucker in and you get a wonderful aroma through the house when you vacuum. The attachments are also really great quality, including the edger which it too has an LED in the nose so that you can see what you're doing.
The other big thing the Bissell has over the Dyson is the build quality. The Bissell kills the competition and you can feel it when you hold this stick vac. No rattles in the main tube where it…

Great vacuum cleaner, light is great for showing up all the dust and dirt, great suction on both hard floors and rugs. Battery ok for small areas, but would struggle with a small house. Shame you can’t swap out the battery and have spares.
