CrossWave OmniForce™ Edge is suitable for use on all sealed hard floors. If you can use a mop and bucket or spray mop on your floors without issue, it would broadly be safe to assume you can use a CrossWave. CrossWave OmniForce™ Edge only releases approximately 1 tablespoon of water per square metre when used as directed in Power Mop Mode. If unsure, it is recommended to perform a test patch in a discreet area first.
Yes. You can use CrossWave OmniForce Edge to dry vacuum all floors in Power Vac Mode, and to lightly refresh low-pile rugs / low-pile carpets by selecting the Power Mop Mode.
You can clean the Crosswave OmniForce™ Edge brush roll by activating the automatic Self-Clean Cycle while docked in the supplied 3 in 1 Docking Station.
Your brush may also be cleaned by hand by removing it from the machine and squeezing it while under running water.

CrossWave OmniForce™ Edge is compatible with any BISSELL formula labelled for use in CrossWave machines. Do not use anything other than tap water mixed with BISSELL CrossWave formula, or plain tap water, in your machine.
CrossWave OmniForce™ Edge automatically dispenses clean water and formula while it vacuums and mops the floor in Power Mop Mode. On average, it will use 1 tablespoon of water per square metre. The floor will be less wet compared to regular mopping, as the vacuum action sucks up excess water. Most floors will dry within five minutes. If you do not wish to have the machine output water, simply switch it to Power Vac Mode.
Replace your CrossWave filter once every 3 - 4 months. Replace your CrossWave brush roll once every six months, or as needed. Spare filters and brush rolls can be purchased from leading electrical retailers and the BISSELL website.
