    So much better with wheels

    Now my cleaner has castors it is easier to move around and the fan works better as there is clearance between the underside of the machine and the flrrr.

    Should be included with actual spot cleaner.

    I would have given it 5 stars if it came with the unit and I don't understand why it isn't. You spend good money on the unit and then you have to purchase these as an accessory?

    I have the Bissell Spot Cleaner Hydrosteam Professional and the exhaust for the unit is on the bottom which I think is a terrible design as it hinders air flow out the unit if placed on the floor whilst being used. Actually, my first unit had to be replaced under warranty as the suction stopped working which I think is due to this design flaw. So when the new unit came in, I purchased these so I could place it on the floor or car floor and use it knowing the exhaust can function properly but also so that it can follow me as I go along.

    Should be included with a $500 spot cleaner.

    Ordered these for my hydrosteam, $16 seemed reasonable, $15 SHIPPING! They arrive & are the most anemic castors I've ever seen, wheels are smaller than a 20 cent piece. Should have been included but no, only included with the hydrosteam from Hardly Normal, I haven't shopped there for 20 years due to a bad experience yet Jerry Harvey is still able to sc**w me. Thanks Bissell!
