I ordered a part for my Pet Revolution carpet cleaner and was sent the wrong part. It took the customer service lady 55minutes to be able to find my account of which she was given my receipt number, name, address, client number and another number for her reference. Over an hour waiting with not much correspondence in between to be told I didn’t give her the number. What a joke. Would now never recommend this product due to such poor service.
