1. Promoter
The promoter is BISSELL (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 29 125 769 422 of 789 Springvale Road, Mulgrave VIC 3170 ("we", "us").

2. Promotion period
The promotion starts at 3:00pm AEDT on 7th October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 8 November 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). We may end the promotion earlier if stocks run out.

3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to household customers who are aged 18 or over, reside in Australia, and purchase a Qualifying Product through www.bissell.com.au during the Promotion Period. Purchases made in store, through third-party retailers or through any other website do not qualify. The promotion is not available to business or commercial buyers.

4. How it works
Buy a BISSELL AirRam™ Vacuum 2167 (the "Qualifying Product") from www.bissell.com.au during the Promotion Period and we will add one AeroSlim™ Cordless Handheld Vacuum 4139 (RRP $129) (the "Free Product") to your order at no extra charge. No code or claim form is required.

5. Limits

  • One Free Product per order, regardless of how many Qualifying Products are in the order.
  • The Free Product is available while stocks last. If it runs out, we may withdraw the offer without notice.
  • The Free Product cannot be exchanged for cash or another product, and it cannot be separated from the qualifying order.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer unless we say otherwise.

6. Delivery
The Free Product will be shipped with your Qualifying Product. It may be sent in separate packaging or shipped separately, in which case delivery times may differ.

7. Returns and refunds
If you return the Qualifying Product for a refund, exchange or any other reason, you must also return the Free Product in its original condition and packaging. If you do not, we may deduct the retail value of the Free Product ($129) from your refund, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, including your rights to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure with a product. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. General

  • We may change or cancel this promotion, or these terms, at any time if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary. Any change will be published on www.bissell.com.au.
  • We may refuse to supply the Free Product if we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent, abusive of the promotion, or in breach of these terms.
  • Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.bissell.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

 

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
