Step 1: Pretreat the Area
Spray the stained or soiled area with a BISSELL Stain Pretreat Spray and allow it to sit for at least 15 minutes before cleaning. This helps loosen deep stains and improves results.

Open the clean water tank and fill it with warm (not hot) water. Then, add approximately 30ml of BISSELL SpotClean formula and 60ml of Oxy Boost formula enhancer. Close the tank lid securely before inserting it back into the machine.
